DAY OF CLEANING We will move all the furniture needed, and prepare the area for our equipment.
THE EQUIPMENT Steamex-Eastern uses only the finest equipment and chemicals available. Our “Custom Cleaning” allows us to:
1) Raise or lower the temperature
2) Raise or lower the chemical
3) Raise or lower the suction
Some carpets demand a little more, some should be cleaned with less. We carry our own water and in 75% of instances, do not require re-filling. We do not dump our dirty water on your lawn or in your driveway as our trucks all have very large capacity recovery (dirty) water tanks. The “Evolution” cleaning wand we use removes 30% more water than the average cleaning wand. “Green Cleaning” is available when requested in advance; however, our standard chemicals are non-allergic, gentle, low odor and leave your carpets fresh, clean and soft.
AFTER YOUR CLEANING You will receive a follow up call within a day or two following your carpet cleaning to make sure you are pleased. If there are any problems, we will come back at no charge for up to30 days. Again, your satisfaction is the most important product we can produce.
OUR PERSONNEL Our Carpet Cleaning Technicians are all full-time, career employees. They are fully bonded, insured and all are Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certified. The “average” number of years the technicians have been with Steamex-Eastern is 15 years. The senior technician has been with us for 30 years and the shortest term technician is 5 years. The experience and knowledge each technician has is very important. We have a drug and alcohol free workplace and all employees are subject to periodic drug testing and are also non-smokers.
